Spread across three floors, the villa welcomes guests through an elegant entrance hall leading to a warm, inviting living area and a beautifully preserved olive mill — now a charming design feature. The main level also includes a refined dining room, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for family gatherings, and a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. On the first floor, three additional bedrooms — two doubles and one twin convertible to a double — each include private ensuite bathrooms, all tastefully decorated in classic Mallorcan style. The top floor hosts an independent apartment with its own living and dining areas, kitchen, and two king bedrooms, both with ensuite showers, opening onto a private terrace with wonderful views.

 

The villa’s exterior spaces are equally impressive. A private pool surrounded by loungers, shaded seating, and outdoor dining areas invites relaxation under the Mediterranean sun. Children aged 0–5 are welcome; however, guests under 25 must be accompanied by parents. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas, and events must be arranged in advance.
