This contemporary coastal villa offers five elegant bedrooms and suites across two levels, overlooking the shimmering bay of Sa Font de Sa Cala and Provençals. Designed with a focus on luxury, tranquility, and space, it provides a serene escape just two minutes from the beach, with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean from nearly every room. Upon arrival, a private driveway leads to the main entrance, located a few steps down from street level. The main floor features the villa’s primary living areas and one suite, all seamlessly connected to the outdoor terraces with panoramic sea and coastline views. The open-plan living and dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen that opens directly onto the outdoor dining space. A relaxing lounge area by the pool, furnished with soft seating and sun loungers, invites guests to unwind while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

 

A short staircase leads to the second bedroom area, which includes a spacious living room, terrace seating, one bedroom, and a bathroom — a private haven that can accommodate up to three guests with an additional sofa bed. The upper level hosts three more bedrooms: a master suite with a walk-in closet, private living area, and ensuite bathroom opening to a balcony and terrace; a twin room; and a guest suite with a large private terrace complete with sun loungers and umbrella.

 

For both sunrise and sunset, an additional terrace offers the perfect vantage point over the bay. The villa is set within lush Mediterranean gardens planted with aromatic flora and bordered by tall hedges for privacy, providing ample space for leisure and play. Two parking spaces, including one at the entrance level, add convenience for guests.

 

From the garden, a stone pathway leads directly to the beach, allowing effortless access to the sea within moments.
